What you will learn

Practice this visual check: First stabilize the two large concentric circles, and then leave a small gap for the body and suspension above.

Shapes and proportions

Short horizontal lines connect to the raised roof profile. Encircle the smaller body, place two large concentric wheels on the left and right underneath, and then patch the small far wheel and short tire lines.

A common mistake

If the wheels are not big enough, or if the wheels are pressed against the roof, the big bike proportions will be lost.

How to fix it

First stabilize the two large concentric circles, and then leave a small gap for the body and suspension above.

These three images are key-stage previews: the starting shape, the completed outline, and a new crayon color study. Follow the complete drawing sequence in LittlePaper. On paper, leave room around the first shape for the parts added later.

A few things to start with

Select the color of the part to complete the crayon draft

The big truck body is green, flame purple, all tires are charcoal gray, and the windows are light blue. Apply the color first with light pressure, leaving the black outline, and then compare pairs of parts using the same color.
