What you will learn

Practice this visual check: Let the edge of the sandwich follow the direction of the upper and lower biscuits and compare the thickness of the four corners.

Shapes and proportions

First place the first biscuit with a rounded quadrilateral placed diagonally. Connect parallel edges downward to form a three-dimensional thickness, then stack butter and biscuits on the bottom; add another piece at the back and arrange the edge of the plate.

A common mistake

The thickness of the upper and lower sides of the sandwich will change, and the two biscuits will look like scattered pieces of paper.

How to fix it

Let the edge of the sandwich follow the direction of the upper and lower biscuits and compare the thickness of the four corners.

These three images are key-stage previews: the starting shape, the completed outline, and a new crayon color study. Follow the complete drawing sequence in LittlePaper. On paper, leave room around the first shape for the parts added later.
