What you will learn
Practice this visual check: First use radiation to locate the stamens, and then bend each petal outward from the common center.
Shapes and proportions
First determine the direction of the center of several short straight lines extending from the same point. Add flowers at the end of the line, surround the center with six curved pointed leaf-shaped petals, and finally add the stem and peripheral leaves.
A common mistake
The petals are all straight or have no common center and look like scattered leaves.
How to fix it
First use radiation to locate the stamens, and then bend each petal outward from the common center.
These three images are key-stage previews: the starting shape, the completed outline, and a new crayon color study. Follow the complete drawing sequence in LittlePaper. On paper, leave room around the first shape for the parts added later.
A few things to start with

Select the color of the part to complete the crayon draft
Lily petals are uniformly milky white, the center is light yellow, the anthers are powdery, and the stems and leaves are green. Apply the color first with light pressure, leaving the black outline, and then compare pairs of parts using the same color.
